Third, pull over if you feel yourself nodding off or getting too sleepy to be safely behind the wheel.  You can stop at the side of the road, at a rest stop, or at a hotel to take a nap or get a rest so that you are able to drive without the risk of falling asleep or making bad driving choices due to tiredness.
